Discovery insure

I’ve been in an accident on the 19th of July discovery insure took the car to renew it in Revonia after assessment the claim was approved for the car to be repaired I have not seen the car since all I get is excuses and being shunted The situation is frustrating as I cannot use the car anymore Somebody help please
