I have been pushed and pulled around by all the staff in the claims department . I have tried to speak to the claims manages they have never contacted me after i have left my contact details a number of times.
My vehicle claim went in on the 4 june and up until today i have not been assisted.
I have to constantly phone in and try and get my issue sorted out.
Dumsani and jaquelene have never been able to assist me in the claims department.
Leezhaan the claims person assigned to my accounthas just completely refused to respond to my mails as well as calls .
Horrible service from such a huge company.
They refuse to give details for the CEO office

After a very long wait with all the transferred calls.
I finally got great service and wonderful customer service from Zezethu Mlotha in the claims department who was able to assist me and keep me calm after all the frustration since june 4th.
I even went as far as the CEO office via the main switch board and i was refused any details or to speak to the CEO as well as his PA by Bundile who was so unprofessional and just passed me on to a department that could not assist.
You guys can thank Zezethu for assisting me after being on the line for over an hour waiting for assistance. She was efficient and friendly as i was prepared to consult on this matter.
I would recommend her as a manger as she knows how to deal with clients and handle difficult situations.
