Discovery Insure
The endless problems that I have had with Discovery insure is an amalgamation of poor customer service, bad attitude, incompetence and downright disrespect of my time and money. Discovery insure downgraded my vehicle insurance without providing me with adequate information and in their plight to reduce my premiums after I had asked them to re-evaluate my contributions. After realising that they have put me on an inferior product in pursuance of maximising their profits and downright disregard for their customer I asked them to put me back on a classic comprehensive cover instead they send rude and customer disoriented people like Segobola and Cherise to assist me. Between the two of them they have aggravated my irritation levels and live me with no choice but to take my medical aid, life cover and motor and household insure to an insurance company that understand that a customer is not someone you take money from and treat them like trash. Needless to say for the four years that I have been with discovery I have never had to claim and this the thanks that I get from them. Discovery's products are so expensive that one would expect at the very least proper treatment from them!

We wish to remind you that on a number of occasions you were offered an opportunity to visit our office so you could listen to the telephonic conversation that concluded the change of your cover in order to afford you lower premiums. In that call as we advised you, you agreed to the lower plan and also advised that you will be in touch with us should you want to change back.
Whilst we have taken every step to assist you, we cannot allow offensive language to be used on our staff. This conduct, led us to using electronic mail to address your concerns which also proved to be dismal.
Should you still wish to be assisted, please email us and we will gladly assist.
