Discovery insure

Horrible experience with the discovery insure app. Annoys me so much when my points are deducted and the app says that the trip was "uncovered" I dont understand why it's uncovered when my mobile data, location and Bluetooth are all on. Those are the first things I check before I drive. I think it's deliberately done by discovery so that clients dont reach gold!!! It really ****es me off!!!
