After discovering that I had a very flat tyre while out with my elderly mother-in-law, I phoned Discovery Help Line. Ntokozo Radebe took up my case, and after assessing the situation accurately, contacted a registered service provider who sent out a mechanic to change the tyre. The service was rendered quickly and professionally. Ntokozo then contacted me to confirm that the service had been carried out to my satisfaction.
