Our client had a query regarding his increased premiums, Thabiso Zulu assisted by explaining the reasons for increased premiums, he was patient enough to ensure that we understood. And further asked what the client can actually afford to pay and tried to meet the client in terms of his budget and affordability. So he helped us retain our client.
