Discovery Insure

I recently experienced an electrical fault at my home. I contacted Discovery Insure to help provide me with emergency services.

I was directed to Patrick Ndopu from Discovery Insure. Patrick was very professional and assisted me promptly. 5 mins after my call I received a sms, stating that my request had being received and that the electrical company would be contacting me shortly to set up a time to come and attend to my request.

The electrician was at my premises within 3 hours and quickly resolved the issue.

Patrick Ndopu phoned me after the job had been completed and wanted to follow up if I was happy with the job and the service provided.

Being without electricity is never a fun experience, however the service I received from Discovery Insure was quick and efficient to help resolve the electricity issue.
