Discovery Insure
<p>Worst Experience and terrible service from most dynamic claimed insurence company.</p> <p>The claim was handled by Grayson Lee Pillay where he is very un reliable and not at work any time to follow up.</p> <p>No response at all from him and every time i called in there is new person to explain same story.</p> <p>My vehicle was ****** and recovered on 27th March and till today, 25th April - I still dont have my vehicle.</p> <p>They deducted my premium for the full month where they possesing my vehicle without being on the road.</p> <p>I am reporting them to consumer council besides if any one knows the procedure please let me know.</p> <p>Never expected this from Discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Thank you for your courtesy call yesterday trying to be gentle.
But here is another disappointment on the same claim.
Yesterday i went to check the progress on the vehicle by Andres Panel Beater in Germiston.
I was very disappointed looking at the vehicle as i realized that the assessor did not pay attention to the dents which was not there.
Even when you look at the paint, its two different and easily shows that it has been painted.
I bought this vehicle in September 2016, brand new and it was in excellent condition.
Now when i asked panel beater, they took pics and said they will have to inform Discovery for authorization.
This is ridiculous as they will take another week or so to release the vehicle to me.
I am not sure from which angle you guys will justify this to get away.
A real shame.
