Discovery Insure

The car insurance was paid up to date. Discovery tried to get out of paying for bumper damage and windscreen nicks that I paid for.

The response is terrible. The monthly premium was R1400 which was to include NO EXCESS. When the claim was put in, Discovery stated that the excess was R4500! Ridiculous. I havevthe agreement where the excess is NIL.

DISCOVERY is only posh in name but pathetic in service delivery.
