Discovery Insure

We were called by a broker working for Discovery insurance. They promised us the earth and we have been paying our premiums for 7 months, we logged a claim for our roof leeking and it has come through onto our ceiling, we mentioned we had had hail a couple of weeks before and now we have watermarks on our ceiling. We did not hear from them?, i called 5 times we were promised they would contact us. We decided we would cancell with discovery insure as the service is nonexistent. You can only cancell with the broker, and they can only cancell once the claim is closed. DISCOVERY INSURE have still not closed the claim and we can't get hold of the manager to close it. They are stalling so they can take another few payments. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THE SALES PITCH FROM THE BROKER OR DISCOVERY, IT SEEMS THEY ARE WHITE COLOURED THEIVES.
