Discovery insure

Good day we have insurance with discovery for a couple o years now .Our dstv decoder broke and they send someone to collect it and it was broken beyond repair .They said they are going to replace it .The replacement amount was R999.00 ,but then the access was R750 and that does not make any sense . I spoke to a guy named Siya andnhe told me that when it is a small household content like that they could weaver the access amount . We got cut off and I phoned them again then I spoke to a very chicky lady that told me that she is Syia's teamleader and it does not work like that and they will happily pay out the R250. Excuse me happily pay out the R250 to unhappy client. I think that is daylight robery discovery insure .A R750 access for a R999 claim on hell no DISCOVERY INSURE
