Discovery Insure

Firstly I would like to mention that this review does not reflect the service I received from Brian Mate (Case no. ***). He's service was excellent. I am however bitterly disappointed in the shocking service a received from your approved locksmith - Roadrunner 24hr Mobile Locksmith I was at home when I received the call that they were on their way to open my vehicle which was parked in a public parking area. When I arrived it had already been unlocked and the locksmith had left. On closer inspection, the cubbyhole had been opened and my laser tape which was in the centre compartment was missing. When I called the locksmith and asked why he had left my car unlocked he's reply was that he had another appointment. I am shocked that Discovery would associate themselves with a Company that operates so unprofessionally. I have sent an email and am awaiting a reply. I have since had my vehicle towed to my residence and will be lodging a claim with Discovery Insure.
