Discovery Insure 3rd party claims

Worst experience I have had in a long time. This is my first complaint ever on Helo Peter, which itself sais alot as I don't really complain.

I'm a 3rd party claimant. The agents (that i spoke to) at Discovery Insure (in their 3rd party claims department) are very abrupt and rude. They barely give you time to talk and just interrupt you by asking for the claim number. You still try and explain your situation and they'll stop you in your tracks. When they are busy checking details on the PC, and are silent, they don't tell you they are busy (you then assume the call dropped), so you reply with "hello?" only to be met with a stringent "I'm busy on the system" reply. On top of that, they don't even say goodbye but just end the call. If his is how they treat people (and potential clients) then I'm definitely not signing up.
