Discovery Insure 3rd party claim

I submitted a third party claim with Discovery Insure and I must say their service is appalling. I have had no feedback whatsoever after emailing daily and calling at least five times a day. Whenever I call the advisor Nonhlanhla is always on a call and they will let her know to contact me. However this never happens. On the day I do get hold of her she tells me that an assessor has been assigned. Only to find out that this is not true. That damaged vehicle generates an income and currently I am suffering a huge loss because the vehicle is non operational. This loss cannot be afforded during these trying times. This is such a disappointment.
