Discovery Insure

Had an accident the other guy skipped a Stop and smashed into the side of my vehicle on the 23/08/2023 Discovery gave me another vehicle to use which is part of my cover. On the 07/09/2023 Discovery approved the repairs of my vehicle. Then the vehicle was moved to a Hyundai approved panelbeater on the 14/09/2023 where they ordered parts for the suspension on the 18/09/2023. On the 02/10/2023 I had to return the rental leaving me without transport. The parts arrived 03/10/2023 after fitting these parts they must test the vehicle before ordering rest of the parts which might leave me without transport for weeks I was expecting to have a rental until my vehicles repaired.
