Discovery Insure

I lodged a claim for my electric fence Energizer that was damaged by a power surge on the 26 July 2023. Monday 31 July 2023 I received a message to call a certain lady and I called the number and it says "This number does not exist." I contacted my broker this morning and she phoned Discovery and said this lady will contact me. It's 16.30 already and I'm still waiting. I live alone and my electric fence is off. I can't switch it on because the Energizer doesn't work at all.
