Discovery Insure
I am insured with Discovery car insurance. I phone they keep you holding for hours then put you to different operators who put you again. to somebody who does not care i am on my cell phone. I had an accident with my Mercedes Benz GLE the car is sitting with Big 5 Mano Nager who does not take my calls. The Broker Rasheed Seedat sold the repair to Big 5. I was in formed the car was going to storage yard in Pinetown. Waiting for air bags for the last 7 weeks no spares ex Germany. I gave Discovery Insure a letter from Mercedes Benz no spares available. Discovery will make you BANK CRUPT no car i don't want to spoil my credit rating i am paying for no car. My health issues i have to drive an AUTOMATIC. No can talk to you and tell you what's happening.
Ive made numerous calls to Thami from Discovery to find out what is happening and emails with proof to show. Its over a week still no parts still no feedback from panel beater being over a week a grace period both parties requested.
This hole scenario is effecting myself qnd my son mentally, physically and impacting our business as we making payments for a vehicle we dont have. My pressure levels are sky high due to this vehicle and Discovery Insure, i still dont have a vehicle, a vehicle which was purchased for me (Auto ).
We dont anxiety or medical issues from business but this is causing health issues to us sleepless nights fear of what the the end of this case holds.
Big five panel beaters and Discovery dont care about how this is impacting us we just another client to them just another opportunity to make money out of helpless individuals, when you complain to the owner of Big five he states his waiting for parts when you put pressure it turns into heated arguments.
Im basically tied up by professional companies taking maximum advantage over the situation. IM HELPLESS ! 6 months without a car waiting for parts this will pro-long indefinitely.
