DISCOVERY INSURE

Unsatisfying service. I am looking to change my insurance company and received a call from Discovery insure ( ********** ) I was super impressed with the offer they gave me and told them to go ahead. They said they would assist me in cancelling my existing insurance. So a week and a half passed I never heard back until I did. So the broker Mr Govender had to confirm all my details and i confirmed my nr plate about 6 times with them only to hear them giving me back a different nr plate. not sure why they cant pick up my nr plate. So yesterday i received the call for me to cancel with my existing insurance company offcourse this is done via conference call. The problem is my existing insurance could hear me properly and cut the call to phone me back. As insurance companies do they try and keep you as a customer. I have a few questions before my final migration to discovery insure but cannot get hold of the broker. three phone calls later each 1hour long only to be cut off at 59:50 because the call is to long....... I called discovery to insure on ***but they couldn't pick anything up under my surname. I am very concerned that this broker is going to debit my account without finalizing the cancellation of my existing insurance and without answering my questions. I have requested several times that the documentation is sent to me so I can review it but still nothing. Discovery insure how does one get hold of the people that represent your name Mr L Govender. Ridiculous WHAT BROKER USES **********
