Discovery Insure

I was involved in an attempted hijacking on Saturday. I called Discovery Insure for assistance, what a BIG mistake. The agent was a complete idiot, he called me back several times, called me by an incorrect name, told me he cold not organize a tow truck. This is not what I requested or required, eventually I just stopped answering his calls, try to get my name correct, and maybe not multi task...a complete bunch of idiots, and 4 days later after sending an email, I still await a response...PATHETIC
