I had the bad fortune of having a burst geyser, but the good fortune of being insured with Discovery. Kelebogile Dube was the person at Discovery who dealt with my claim, and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with it. Thank you Kelebogile and Discovery Insure.
