Discovery Insure 25% Premium Inflation

If I can advise anybody on insurance providers, I recommend that you never use Discovery Insure as your insurance provider. Their service is non existent. They inflated my premium this month with a 25% increase. That is absolutely ridiculous. I had one chip repair and geyser replacement. To top it, I did not even get a formal communication from Discovery Insure informing me of this ludicrous inflation. My account was just debited. Took this up with my broker, but that is just an absolute hopeless case. Going to move my whole portfolio. We send our query through to Discovery Insure and I am still waiting for my refund or even just a form of feedback. Stay away from Discovery Insure.
