Discovery insure

<div>Useless staff that is *********** and delay your claim for no reason without any update on the progress .

My vehicle burnt out more than a month ago and I had to send an insane amount of information to them of every purchase made for the vehicle ,every service kit slip ,every person's contact information that worked on the vehicle and even the previous owners information ,they still could not find any reason to not pay my claim but they delay every aspect of this claim for as long as they can untill I start phoning and emailing ,only then do they move to the next step and then the delays continue. When you phone them be ready to be between 30min to an hour on the phone with them as they will transfer you between consultants and each one asked you all your info again and again .

All my documents was filled and sent via email as requested and the keys and cars papers collected ,claim was approved and finalized ,then a week later when I followed up again the consultant tells me no they need the yellow form (that was filled in and sent via email) in writing , this has been sent now aswell and I'm still waiting it's been 4 days again and when I asked for an update he sends me an email that reads ( you can expect delays) absolutely useless staff and *********** .

I do not recommend you insure with Discovery the service is pathetic ,and even when signing up there was difficulty with the useless staff .

I cancelled both my vehicles and the house goods insured through them .
