Discovery Insure 24 hour Alarm Response

Just want to share my experience of Discovery Insure 24 Hr Alarm Response.... Picture the scene, rush hour traffic at Gilooly’s interchange and the car engine temperature goes to the max. Not lekker. Pulled the car over to the hard-shoulder and the engine died. Just quit. Fortunately there was Discovery Insure ( ********** 911) and Patrick Ndopu who was truly brilliant. Great telephone and customer relationship s****s, handled my emergency like a true professional. Took all of my details, PROMISSED to get things sorted, (as opposed to “I’ll try and see what I can do”) and Patrick was as good as his word. He organised the flat-bed tow-truck within minutes, got back to me twice with updates, and even called again later just to confirm that everything was being handled to my satisfaction. I have no hesitation in giving Patrick 5 stars. Well done to him and to Discovery Insure?
