Discovery Insure representative (Thandeka Mncube) The best customer service I ever receive since the slice of bread was brought to life. It was a fateful event that I couldn't make sense f it however Thandeka had everything under control. From day one of my claim organizing Counseling , seeing to it that I get to give her all the information she needed. Her patience and understanding and heart felt is what touched me most. My claim to longer not because she had no time I delayed most of staff in between work and school and balancing and getting her required information. Everyday she will call just to find out "How am I ?" and to remind me of her request with the most polite and sympathetic way. Words have failed me to express my gratitude and appreciation from her effortless and heart felt of what have happened to me.

I felt like I was being assisted by a family member who knew exactly what I was going through her empathy was out of this world.
