Phoned the call centre and was answered swiftly after the correct selection. My call was transferred and answered swiftly by Joelene Scholtz.

My issue was dealt with quickly after I requested Roadside assistance. Within an hour my car was collected and taken to the dealership.

Joelene followed up to check if I was assisted. What a pleasant experience.
