Discovery Insure

I had a breakdown due to low battery and called Discovery Emergency assist and I was so lucky to have had Christo Smit behind the line. He took the matter serious and He immediately dispatched road site assist company (Sita Move)to help me, he kept on calling me to check if I am okay. The guy was there in less than 30 minutes during peak hour traffic. Chirsto promised to call after 45 minutes to check if the matter has been resolved and he did exactly that right after that 45 minutes. I was assisted and the road side assist guy from Sita Move was friendly and helped me and give me tips on how to avoid the matter again. Christo was exceptional, professional and patient with me.
