Discovery Insure

I had a fire over the weekend it's 3 days later still no one from discovery has come out. The fire continues to reignite and it's putting my family at risk. I can never get of anyone at the call center. I made numerous calls to every available and I am receiving no service. This is the most pathetic service I ever received.
