Discovery insure

Good Day. I 1st want to say the Discovery Insure is the worst car insurance i have ever had!!!! 2nd of all I had an accident on the 20th of December 2014 i only got my car back on the 03 of Feb 2015. DISCOVERY CLEARLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE A TELEPHONE CAUSE THEY NEVER CALL CLIENTS BACK!!! When i went to collect my car the panel beaters that Discovery insure picked was so terrible cause when i went to pick my car up they did not reset the computer box or the locking system of my car, a 2nd hand tyre was put on instead of a new one,i had to wait 3 HOURS to get my car from the panel beaters, i still need to send it back cause the correct things are not done. I want to know how you'll work when it comes to your customer care and how you deal with your clients matters cause this is unbelievable that they can treat their customers like they are nothing. You'll very quick to take money from all your clients but when it comes us needing you to assets us in a matter that is big such as a accident you'll very slow to help deal with it.
