Discovery Insure

We have tried to get urgent intervention from Discovery regarding our motor vehicle repair with Durban South Panel beaters (DSPB). Our vehicle has been in 'repairs' and off the road for over 10 months and we have still been paying full premiums... Despite our pleas, Discovery has been slow to take action on DSPB, the very company that they authorized to do the repair! We have urged for urgent intervention from Discovery, and they keep saying that they will give us feedback, but days go by without any communication from them. They are a huge company, but seem to have no control or authority over a smaller company like DSPB. Why are we paying premiums to a service provider that cannot provide effective service?!?!
