Discovery Insurance - Worst Insurance

My Husband, starched his Vehicle while visiting a client, and decided to send it in for repairs, my husband took the vehicle to Ross Champion for a Quotation, then Discovery told us that we need to take it to Durban Panel Beaters, so we did and received a quotation to the value of +- R12900.00 for the repairs, your excess is R3500.00 which we had no problem with. Discovery told us that it had been approved and we booked the vehicle in, on Monday the 25th May 2015, when we dropped the vehicle off at the Panel Beaters, we were told that the insurance did not authorise everything and only to the value of R3600 that means that Discovery is only paying R100.00, I took this further with Discovery and Malcolm Collins was soooo rude from \Netassure"Discovery then sent me the following response ( <br> Good Day Tshepo<br> <br> Our report is fair and reasonable"
