DISCOVERY INSURANCE WILL IGNORE YOU

I am being ignored by Discovery Insurance. My car was fixed three weeks ago after an accident and the panel beater called me to collect the car. I realized that sensors were not working in front and back. The panel beater sent the car for assessment and three sensors needed replacement. He contacted Discovery who simply ignored him. Initially I phoned Bontle 3 weeks ago but she has since disappeared and is not taking calls or replying to emails. Another gentleman two weeks ago promised to get back to me but never did. Yesterday another lady who was a bit ****y asked if I want her help or not, then put me on hold for 1 hour until I gave up. No further attempt to communicate with me. They haven't decided what to do with additional repairs or they are just bad with customer care. My advice? Avoid this Insurance.
