Discovery insurance using novice assessors who do shoddy work

<p>My wife hit a pothole while driving her vehicle on 22 April 2017 and the vehicle had a noise coming out of the front left wheel.</p> <p>The vehicle was towed to CMC Autobody in for assessment the following Monday and the repair cost was less than the excess to be paid and I was advised to fix the vehicle from my own pocket. I concured with the advice and and engaged CMC Autobody to fix the car as it was there premises. At CMC I was informed that the left front wheel had additional damage that was missed out by the assessment which required that the vehicle be assessed again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called Discovery Insurance last week and registered my dissatisfaction and asked that it be noted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery is a good insurance which has assisted me previously and all I am asking for is that they jerk up their assessor and that the vehicle be speedily repaired as the misdiagnosis is a bad reflection on them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
