DISCOVERY INSURANCE USELESS.

Its been 2 months since I was in a car accident and Discovery Insurance is absolutely useless. They lack in communication. Not timely follow-up with the pannelbeaters on how far my vehicle is. They promised that i would get every 72hrs update. I constantly have to follow-up and ask whats going on and how far they are. Their service is really not up to par. And then they have the audacity to say my excess went up by R1000. 00 on which i did not receive that communication. Who does that. My car would have been fixed if it did not take them 2 weeks to get my car assessed. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Never received such bad client service.
