Your 3rd party claims department is absolutely useless I will send emails and and no answer back I call and am told we are waiting for the assessor report ...

Your client caused the accident and caused the damage... I am not even referring to the pain and suffering my son is going through because of this his whole life is destroyed by your client and you dragging your feet...

I am still waiting I for this claim to be settled how long is it going to take you send that assessor out but nothing else happend how pathetic are you guys

I am giving you 7 days then I will report this to the ombudsman I have had enough
