Discovery Insurance - unprofessional and dishonest

My brand new Renault Captur (2015 mode) was written off by Discovery due to an accident I was involved in. Discovery did not give me a choice as per consumers act who/where I want my vehicle to be replace. Discovery forced a replacement on me (2016 model) to be supp**** by MacCarthy / RenaultWoodmead October 2016. A defective vehicles was delivered to start with. I immediately reported this to Discovery Insurance, MacCarthy / RenaultWoodmead and Wesbank. Wesbank nor Discovery NEVER changed the Substitution of Goods when I reported all this since October 2016.

Now that I'm selling this vehicle: CAN'T FIND THE NEW REGISTERED VEHICLE and I've been over charged for 'maintenance'I have never agreed on since delivery. Total amount extra charged on my statement is: R 42 160.16.
