Discovery Insurance Totally Ignore me

I have been trying since December 2021 to have my vehicle policy cancelled - for various reasons they did not want to continue my daughters insurance (no problem) and stated they would cancel the premium and the second vehicle was sold in 2019 - with proof to them. I have been trying to cancel the policy since then and they have simply ignored all my emails and requests - including one to the complaints department. They simply ignore all contact with me but still deduct a premium every month. I have never experienced such shocking customer service.
