Discovery Insurance- The Worst insurance provider

I registered my claim for one of my vehicles on 12 December 2023. To date, Discovery has failed to ensure that the car is repaired for no reason at all. In October 2022, I registered a claim for another vehicle, and the car was with the panel beaters appointed by the Discovery vehicle for five (5) months. No one gives me updates, I have to call or send emails to receive updates. I guess this is the new service standard of Discovery Insurance. The company cannot live up to its service promises
