Discovery Insurance sucks!

I’m actually quite sad that the rating doesn’t include a big fat ZERO! We submitted our claim on 12 May 2022 (and still waiting). We were assigned a consultant by the name of Nombulelo and I must add that she is useless, considering the unemployment statistics of this country there are more deserving people for her job because she clearly hates it! Discovery paid us the surplus and has still not settled the bank (the settlement letter has expired 3/4 times already). We were surprised to be hit with an installment for a car that was supposed to be settled weeks ago. Every time we call we get someone new who then tells us a different story. Apparently the finance department is still “working” on it lol! Honestly, Discovery Insure is not a good business, they should have stuck to medical aid and those smoothies they were giving people, clearly they can’t handle their own growth. Apparently they now want people to join their bank lol! Lol! Please! Pay our claims first before moving onto fancy business models!
