Discovery Insurance ***** my money!
I have been struggling to get money back from Discovery Insurance for double insurance for over 7 months. Standard Bank, the other insurer, have already paid out their share of the money within 30 days. What makes it more apalling, is that Discovery insurance ignores rewuests, phone calls, any escalations to their customer complaints site- I do not know what else to do? Next step I assume would be the ombudsman to get MY MONEY back.

02 Dec 2021, 13:06I am still waiting for the promised communication from discovery, which were suppose to happen yesterday, 1 December. I was promised that Discovery will contact me for a resolution with haste, however, other than the reply on 1 December at 9h09, I have not heard anything further from discovery, Another empty promise, it seems.
I am now going to hand over this case to the ombudsman.
