Discovery Insurance-Rude call centre agent

A few days ago. I called Discovery insurance just to understand why my policy has increased because my agreement was they should contact me every to as if I am increasing the payout or not. They guy who was assisting me was so arrogant and impatient... I am definitely sure that he didn't do what I asked him to do.
