Discovery Insurance - ******* Service

Upon lodging a small motor vehicle damage claim with Discovery Insurance I was introduced to my claims manager Boitumelo Pitse. All seemed to go smoothly until I collected my vehicle from the Discovery approved autobody supplier called BRENDRAN AUTOBODY. When I arrived to collect my vehicle they has installed my roofrack back to front. As I was in a rush, I decided to correctly install the roofrack myself. I stopped to open my boot (where they had done work) and the boot was no longer able to open without damaging the boot spoiler. <br> <br> I wasted half an afternoon taking the vehicle back to BRENDRAN AUTOBODY, where my complaints were met with contempt and general rudeness by none other than one of their directors / partners - Gregory. They did not even bother to greet me or apologise until I asked them around an apology. The car was then re-\repaired\". Imagine my surprise when the newly \"repaired\" boot spoiler came flying off of my vehicle while I was doing 120kph on the highway. This could have caused injury or death should it have hit another vehicle. To this date Discovery have not sorted this issue out and my assessor is unresponsive via phone or email. I'M DISGUSTED."
