Discovery Insurance refuse to pay claim

After paying years of insurance and never claiming, the service of Discovery is shocking and disgusting! To start with we had a broker come out and see us. We were told just to specify a phone, hearing aids and the golf clubs. The rest he said is fine as it is a value of x amount and will be covered. After moving to our new premises, we got broken into a week later. They took our bicycles, tools and fishing gear. All our goods were in a backroom where the previous owners gardener was staying. After hundreds of phone calls back and forth, they informed us they wont pay as the bicycles were not specified! They never even sent out an assessor, we had to do everything via a phone call. The police didnt come out, the assessor didnt come out, the service was shocking and its just so easy to say we wont pay. Well they will loose all our business now. We have everything under Discovery, from health to life to RA and short term insurance. And of course being with Discovery your premiums are in genetal higher as they are such a big company. Well thats why they are successful.....*****ing from their clients basically. And thats why they have the money.
