Discovery Insurance protective and encouraging not law abiding citizens

I was recently involved in a car which Discovery Insure client, driver drunk pumped into me from the rear back and forced me out of the highway and thus my car hit the wall and now written off.

Their investigation is sallow as they just belief in hearsay and that their statement that “According to the information at our disposal, you made an unsafe lane change and collided with our client.” which is unfounded and not true because they were given this information by their drunkard driver.

During the time of the accident their client was very drunk. Immediately after the accident I went to his car and noticed that he was very drunk, thus I didn’t even talk to him as I wanted to know why he pumped. This can be confirmed among other people at the scene.

It is unfortunate that the police did not come to the scene, but I had to go report the accident immediately thereafter.

It's very disheartening that Discovery Insurance encourages and promotes drunkard individuals to drive in the South Africa roads to the extent that you financially compensate for breaking the law for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Currently, I have lost the family car worth R 203,000 as it is written-off because of their client negligence for whom they are protecting to the core.

All I need is compensation for damages caused by your client's carelessness.
