DISCOVERY INSURANCE POOR SERVICES

One of the discovery insurance customers bump into my car. Claim no:***. Its now almost 3 months later and still waiting for the claim to be sorted out. Mathapelo Bokaba - Legal Liabilities Advisor is the one handling our case. Very poor feedback on our emails, only responded when we request feedback, and not even on all our emails. Not even the manager, Vekash responds on his emails. Now our claim is since 16 February by the assessors for review. Promised response within a week which was the 23rd. Today its the 27.02.2024 and we are still waiting. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone as their services is very bad.
