Discovery Insurance poor service!!!

The service received from discovery insurance leads to total lack of customer service and communication. I have been trying to finalize my claim for around 4 weeks now and could only get partial resolve to my claim. I have been trying to explain to the claims handler, Nombulelo Hegeni, who has very little to no customer s****s, that I’ve sent 6 emails containing PDF documents with a quote to her for the replacement of one of my items on my claim. She claims the the PDF documents are being blocked by their IT department. I have asked a week ago for a manager to call me back, I’m still waiting. I’ve informed her that I send documents including PDF’s to counties around the globe without any issues. Why is it only blocking from Discovery? They don’t even bother to call you bac****
