Discovery insurance poor customer services, Claim still not processed after +3weeks
Logged my claim a month back, still no feedback...when i call i wait 30mins on call trying to get to the building department but to no avail, when i get hold of someone they tell me they will transfer my call to my claim holder only to wait for an hour until i give up...this has happened in over 4 tries. i sent emails they do not respond to my emails. damages done are getting worse as the rain continues , i doubt the assessors quote will cover the other damages.

I still havnt recieved any feedback regarding my claim. I only got an email from my claims handler and he has been moved to another department...no one has told me of my new handler. WHAT IS GOING ON?!, MORE DAMAGE IS BEING DONE TO MY PAVEMENT WITH ALL THIS RAIN. I am on the verge of fixing the issues myself and submit invoices to you!
