Discovery insurance payout

I was involved in an accident on the 13th of February 2023.
I was dealing with a person by the name of Tshiamo.
Discovery advised that I go to Auto executive on the 15th of February which I did, they advised the repair will only be done in two weeks time to which I declined
I approached Global Autobody which is on Discoveries panel.
Prior to me approaching Global Autobody
I called discovery asking if there was a difference and if they would pay. The consultant said Discovery would pay the difference.
I am still waiting for Feedback
Netasses quote was R37 230.01 excluding the R5000 excess
Discovery paid R37 230.01 excluding R5000 excess on the 20th February 2023
an email was sent to Discovery on the 6th of March with the quote from Global Autybody totalling R44 529,08 including the R5000 excess - R39 529.08
there is a shortfall of R2299.07 that needs to paid.
I emailed Garethsim on the 29th of March and still no feedback.
This is completely unacceptable as the consultant which I spoke agreed per the telephonic conversation the claim would be paid in full. If I had known discovery would not pay the balance I would not have gone with Global Autobody. I would like a copy of the recording of the conversation held between the 13th and the 06 of march 2023
