Discovery Insurance - pathetic, unacceptable and poor service.

Had the unfortunate situation when the power substation in Robertsham burned down. We were without power for 3 days. I duly submitted a claim for the food and perishables in the fridge and freezer on 19 October 2021. Received an email indicating that my claim will be handled by Ntlatle Swana. It's been two days since the claim was logged and I have still not heard from Discovery. This is really pathetic, unacceptable, and poor service. I should never have moved my business and still think OUTsurance is far superior. I escalated to *** and still no response.
