Discovery insurance - Not all damage assessed and repaired from claim

I had an accident on the 21st of May. My vehicle was towed as it was not drive able. My crash happened on Civin drive, a very busy road, in peak time during the morning. Due to all of the cars driving past at high speed I was unable to assess all of the damage to my vehicle and was not able to do a through inspection of my car.

I only gained possession of my vehicle today, the 5th of July and noticed there was damage to the front window of my car caused by the accident. There are numerous chips in my window.

During the claims process I was not involved at all in the assessment of the damage to my car from the accident and my input into whether the damage assessor had captured all of the damages was not asked for or given.

I was not given an opportunity to properly inspect my car in a safe environment either.

I will give you guys until end of day Thursday next week to contact me and resolve this else I will contact the ombudsman
