Discovery insurance is Pathetic ..

I'm a third party claimer. My car was damaged by a discovery insured client. With that said,I'm waiting on them to sort my car out ,but I'm been told thr damage cost X amount and they only willing to give half and that I should go and claim the other half at the place where the accident happen. I'm in or let me say trying to be in contact with Mathapelo Bokaba at Discovery but I never get through or speak to her. I phone ,I email . No response nothing . I call it almost every second day . Discovery insurance only cares so for their clients and does not care about third party claims They deal with them on their time Pathetic for such a big company .
